Claudio Larrea

Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, in 1963.

After more than 30 years working as an Image Producer in magazines and Production Designer in film and advertising, he returned to photography in 2008, receiving his first prize the following year at “Llocs del Món” (Barcelona, ​​Spain).

To date, he has participated in several individual and group exhibitions, in Argentina and around the world.

Finalist at ArtexArte and Salón Nacional, both in 2015 and 2017, he participated in BAphoto from 2013 to 2019, and the ArtexArte Foundation dedicated a Solo Show to him at BAphoto 2017.

Claudio Larrea is an anachronistic dandy, a contemporary photographer who directs his camera’s attention by creating images of timeless spaces.

Since 2001, he lives between Barcelona and Buenos Aires.
