María Bayá

Born in 1963 in Buenos Aires, Argentina. 

She graduated from the National School of Fine Arts Prilidiano Pueyrredón in 1988. Over the years, she has participated in various exhibitions, but it was in 2019 that she discovered the magic of embroidery as a means of expression. Since then, this technique has been essential in her work, blending tradition and contemporaneity. Her ability to transform embroidery into a distinctive form of art marks a noteworthy chapter in her artistic career. 

She currently lives and works in Buenos Aires.
